Your ability to access your Peakon account depends on the configuration of your company. Any user that has an employee record on their company's Peakon account can sign in to Peakon.
You must sign in using email address that is on your employee record, in order for Peakon to find a match. Contact your Human Resources team if you're unsure.
If you're configured as a manager, you will be directed to your team's dashboard. If you're configured as an employee, you'll be directed to your survey or your personal dashboard (if enabled by your company).
Whether you're a manager or an employee, you can also sign in to the Peakon mobile app.
If you're unable to sign into your Peakon account, refer to Troubleshooting: Common Sign In Problems.
To log in:
- Go to https://app.peakon.com/login/.
- Enter your email address and press Continue.
- In the next page, enter your password or select Single Sign-On (if enabled). If Single Sign-On is mandated by your company, you will be redirected automatically after Step 2.
- Proceed to log in.
