The iOS mobile app notifies you when a new survey is available and enables you to submit the survey directly in-app. If your company is using the Personal Dashboard feature, you can also access your own scores and comments.
Submitting the Survey
Once you have the app installed, any time you click on a Peakon link that features a mobile supported feature, Peakon will redirect you to the app.
When a new survey becomes available, the app displays a banner at the top of your Personal Dashboard. You can complete the survey directly in the app.
The Personal Dashboard
The Personal Dashboard displays your overall Engagement score. You can also view the drivers you are most and least satisfied with, in comparison to the company benchmark.
Your overall Engagement score is not the average of all other driver scores, but rather the average of the questions within the Engagement driver itself. Each driver has its own overall driver score, which is made up of the associated questions.
When viewing your own comments, you can also view any received acknowledgments and confidentially respond to any conversations your managers may have started.
The Focus Areas tab displays the priorities and actions your direct manager has set.
