The Improve page is a hub for all leaders' available resources available to leaders to improve driver scores, create action plans, and learn more about how specific drivers influence engagement. Improve helps cultivate a positive experience for your teams.
Administrators can drive continuous improvement in their organization by ensuring focus on continuous learning and development for their managers. Peakon’s Improve area delivers personalized training and advice to managers, based on feedback from teams, which they can implement immediately and access alongside their dashboard.
The standard resources available in the Improve tab span across Engagement, Health & Wellbeing, Diversity & Inclusion, and Transformation & Change question sets. Micro courses and suggested actions are currently only available for the Engagement question set. Access to question sets (and therefore their Improve resources) is administered in the access control groups.
The following features are part of Improve:
- The Improve page
- Driver dashboards
- Micro-Courses (Premier only)
- Suggested actions (Business and Premier)
- Resources
The Improve page
The Improve page is your leaders hub where they can find suggested micro-courses, Peakon and your own company resources, and suggested actions provided by Peakon. You can use the filters at the top of the page if you are looking to focus on a particular driver in a specific question set.
Driver dashboards
When viewing your dashboard, Peakon recommends clicking into the drivers that have been marked as a priority. This will open up the dashboard for these specific drivers. Once in the driver dashboard, read the comments associated with the driver, along with any highlighted segments to help you understand how certain groups of employees are feeling toward the driver. At the top of every driver dashboard (for the Engagement, Health & Wellbeing and Diversity & Inclusion question sets), you will be able to see the Improve tab. This contains all the resources available from Peakon to help you improve the driver score. These resources are contextual to the driver dashboard and consist of:
- A summary of why the driver has been marked as a priority to provide an understanding of its impact on your team’s engagement.
- Resources curated by Peakon’s Organizational Development team.
Additionally, you can also view relevant resources and suggested actions below the driver's score on its dashboard by clicking on the See resources and See Suggested Actions options.
Micro-Courses (Premier only)
An ever-growing library of bite-sized leadership lessons, developed by our Organizational Development Science team. Backed by decades of scientific research, these sub-ten-minute courses provide managers with the skills required to act immediately and lead a productive and engaged team. Each interactive, mobile-friendly lesson is aligned to Peakon’s engagement methodology, ensuring that actions are clear and specific to each manager’s needs. Lessons conclude with a Suggested Action to encourage team leaders to make improvements based on their new knowledge.
This resource type is currently available for the Engagement question set.
Suggested actions (Business & Premier)
Peakon automatically provides suggested short-and long-term actions to help managers address feedback efficiently and effectively and to improve employee engagement. This makes it easier for managers to implement impactful changes after each survey round. Peakon’s Suggested Actions pop up in the manager dashboard when reviewing engagement priorities and at the end of each Micro-Course.
These actions were developed by the Peakon Organizational Development Science (ODS) team and are statistically proven to increase scores on specific drivers.
Managers can customize Peakon Suggested Actions by clicking on the Action, where they can change titles and descriptions to suit their teams.
