I've tried to log into Peakon but it says my email is not recognized, what should I do?
If your email is not recognized, check for spelling mistakes or try using another email address. The email address you use to login needs to match the email address that has been added to your employee record on Peakon.
Alternatively, contact your local Human Resources (HR) representative who will be able to assist you further or put you in contact with the account administrator. Account administrators are able to confirm the email address entered on employee records stored on Peakon.
