Managing your Peakon email notifications

Peakon sends several types of email updates and reminders to users who have enabled them in their personal profile.  By default all notifications are enabled, however users can disable them any time.

This article provides an overview of the current email notifications and what they are for:

Viewing your email notification settings

To access your email notification settings

1. Click your profile icon in the upper-right corner of the page header, then select Profile
2. Click on Email notifications tab.
3. Click through the different sections to view the email notifications by product. 

Overview of the email notifications 

General notifications

Title	Description
You’ve been invited to Peakon as an admin	An email invitation to access your Peakon account as administrator.
You’ve been removed from Peakon as an admin	A notification to inform you your access has been demoted.

Engage (Peakon Engage customers only)

Title	Description
A new survey is available to take	A personal email is sent with the survey link as soon as the round starts.
A new survey round is about to start	A reminder that a survey round is about to start.
A survey round is ending soon	A reminder that a survey round is about to end and that your dashboard will be updated.
Someone acknowledges your comment	A personal email update whenever someone acknowledges your comment.
Someone comments or replies to a comment	A personal email update whenever someone replies to a comment in Peakon.
You haven’t answered any surveys in a while	A personal email to remind you of the Peakon surveys.
A sensitive comment is detected	An email update whenever a sensitive comment is detected by the system within the data you have access to.
Someone adds a note in a conversation	An email update whenever someone updates a comment with an internal note.
You have actions with upcoming or missed deadlines	A personal reminder regarding actions that have an upcoming or past deadline.
A digest of your latest updates is ready, including scores, priorities and comments	A personal digest of your dashboard updates via email.
The survey participation rate is low	A personal notification to inform you of the low participation rate in your team.

Grow (Peakon Grow customers only)

Title	Description
You’ve been invited to Peakon Grow	An invitation to access the Peakon Grow dashboard.
A new survey is available to take	An email notification to inform you of a new Grow survey
New feedback is available to review	A personal notification to inform you of new feedback received.
Someone in your feedback circle declined to give feedback	A personal notification to inform you whenever someone declined to provide you feedback.
Someone replies to your comment	A personal email update when someone replies to one of your comments.
A survey round is starting soon	A general reminder that the Grow survey round starts soon.
Your feedback circle needs more people	A personal notification to inform you that you need more users in your feedback circle.
You haven’t selected your feedback circle	A personal notification to inform you that you need to select users to start getting feedback in Peakon Grow.
