Admins and leaders can segment survey results on the heatmap to dig deeper into all areas of engagement in order to identify key improvement areas, patterns, and correlations throughout the organization.
The interactive heatmap enables owners of larger teams to click through to any sub-segment of their team on the heatmap and be presented with a summary, including overall engagement score, priorities, comments, and more. Sub-segments are visible if they, independently of the overall team, have met the visibility requirements.
This means, for example, that you might notice that employees in a specific department within your organization's local office are significantly below the company benchmark in relation to career Growth - you can then click through and instantly see a summary for this specific segment.
