The personal dashboard empowers employees to drive the change they want to see in their organisation. Through the personal dashboard, employees can see how their engagement scores change over time, and have visibility over their feedback being acknowledged and actioned by their managers in real-time.

Understanding the results
On your dashboard overview, you will find a quick summary of your scores, comments, team priorities and actions. Your scores and comments are only available to you, and no one else can access your personal dashboard. Click on each section to find out more, or alternatively use the navigation menu to go to each section.
My scores
At the very top of the page, your personal dashboard shows your aggregated engagement score. This is the average of latest answer your have submitted on each of the engagement questions.
Data will already display from the first survey round, if you answered the survey. The graphs will show data points for the last four surveys, and an empty state will be shown in areas where there has not been enough data.
Further down the page, you will find your scores for the other engagement drivers. These are also calculated by taking your latest score to each contributing question and presenting the average. These are categorised into drivers which you are:
- Less satisfied than team
- Aligned with team
- More satisfied than team
You can also open each driver directly to see your scores over time, your comments on that driver and any team actions.
My comments
The comments page contains all your survey comments over time. Here you can also see any conversations and acknowledgments made on your comments, and continue interacting on the comment, while your identity remains protected.
Opening a conversation or acknowledgment email will take you directly to your personal dashboard.
My team
Your team is made up of employees who share the same direct manager on Peakon.
The My team page allows you to see:
- The team engagement score
- Priority drivers
- Actions
Visibility of the engagement score depends on whether the manager's team has met the visibility requirements on their dashboard.
When a manager sets some priorities for the team on their 'direct reports' dashboard, they can also assign actions to these priorities. Without setting the priorities, actions will not be visible. Clicking on an action will reveal its description, any checklist items and more.
Confidentiality & privacy
The responses you give to Peakon’s questions are confidential. We believe this is essential for everyone to be heard on an equal footing, and to ensure you never feel uncomfortable raising the issues that you feel strongly about. Neither your coworkers, manager or anyone else in the organisation can see who has provided any particular answer or feedback. Responses are aggregated so individuals cannot be identified.
Having a personal dashboard does not compromise confidentiality of past or future surveys. The personal dashboard is private to the employee, and not accessible by administrators or managers. Only the employee can access their own dashboard, by logging in using their credentials.
Comments
When providing a comment in response to a question in your survey, the comment will remain confidential on the manager's end and will not be associated to you. When enabled, the manager may be able to respond to or acknowledge your comment. The system will automatically route their response to you directly via email. The manager or the company does not have visibility over this automated action.
Reminders
Peakon (the system) tracks whether you have responded to a survey – so that it can remind you about unanswered surveys – but this information is not visible to anyone in your company and happens automatically. Whether you have responded to the survey is never revealed to your managers.
Mobile
The first version of the personal dashboard is available on the Peakon iOS mobile app. The mobile app allows employees using the personal dashboard to see the drivers they are most and least satisfied with, their personal survey statistics and the actions their team is working on. When a new survey becomes available, users on the mobile app will be able to answer it directly from within their dashboard.
When viewing their own comments, survey participants can view acknowledgments and respond to any comment replies they may have received.
Managers using the mobile app for their manager dashboard will be able to switch between the two dashboards, and also answer their survey within the app.
For an installation and log guide for the mobile iOS app, refer to About the Peakon iOS mobile app.
