Question
How should I deal with the feedback if I only received priorities, but no strengths? It can be demotivating to be presented with results that do not have any strengths to celebrate.
Answer
There can be instances where Peakon does not identify any drivers as strengths, due to their distance to the benchmark or impact on engagement. There is no required amount of priorities or strengths that should be identified, as each driver is evaluated separately, so this is normal.
In such cases, it is worth keeping in mind that the calculation is automated and solely focuses on the numbers, however there may still be driver scores that performed higher than you expected.
We recommend looking at the Drivers page and picking out your own 'semi' strengths, especially those drivers that are above or around the benchmark. We also recommend looking at the comment topics or promoter comments to see what is working well today for your employees.
Finally, it is important to accept the results for what they are and focus on improving your priority drivers.
